Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use DevTray on up to 3 Macs you personally own or operate. The license covers all v1.x releases. Major version upgrades (v2.x, v3.x) may require a separate purchase at our discretion.
You may not redistribute the DevTray binary, share your license key with third parties, attempt to reverse engineer the licensing system, or use DevTray to develop competing tools. You may not represent that you authored DevTray.
DevTray offers a 14-day fully featured trial with no credit card required. After trial expiry, snippets save/edit and Settings → Tools customization are gated. The 13 tools and Spotlight remain accessible.

DevTray is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that DevTray will be error-free or operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of DevTray is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
The DevTray name, branding, source code, and binary distribution are the exclusive property of Alexandre Akira Argolo Akao. All rights reserved. No part of the application or its supporting infrastructure may be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written permission.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits local sales tax, VAT, and IVA on our behalf.
We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. In such case, refunds may not be available.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, jurisdiction of São Paulo. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email contact at [email protected] within 30 days will be referred to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
